4. No Guarantees or Representations

Build For Sale makes no guarantees regarding business growth, valuation increases, buyer interest, exit timing, or profitability.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use this service.

6. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. One account is permitted per individual user.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges via our payment processors (including Stripe).

8. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to immediate digital access, no refunds will be issued for partial use, non-use, dissatisfaction, or forgotten cancellations.

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks constitute a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to revoke access, submit evidence to payment processors, and recover dispute-related fees.

Certificates of Excellence are digital acknowledgments of completion and are not professional credentials, licenses, or guarantees of outcomes.
